2021 LES Pan European Conference

The 2021 LES Pan-European Conference organized by LES Hungary will be held virtually on October 5th and 6th.

The sessions of conference are built around the theme “Sharing is caring” and Mattia Fogliacco, President at Sisvel, will highlight the role of pooling in the panel “Patent Pools in the Standardization Landscape” (October 5th from 9.30 a.m. CET).

The program covers also other important areas like IP management in company groups, trade secrets and know-how licensing, IP tools to tackle global challenges, university technology transfer, and IP enforcement. In this context, Roberto Dini, Founder of Sisvel, will moderate the panel “ADR as an efficient tool to solve FRAND disputes” (October 6th from 11.00 a.m. CET) to discuss the importance of mediation and arbitration as an alternative to long and costly litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
