WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Workshop
Online, November 28-30, 2023, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET
The WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Workshop aims to promote the understanding of WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options for the resolution of intellectual property (IP) and technology disputes.
The Workshop will cover mediation and arbitration procedures, with particular reference to the practical case application of the WIPO Mediation, Arbitration and Expedited Arbitration Rules, an industry view on dispute resolution, and guidance to the effective drafting of dispute resolution clauses.
On November 30 at 10.00 am CET, Mattia Fogliacco, President at Sisvel, will attend the panel
“Industry Panel: The Use of ADR for IP and Technology Disputes”.
